run ‘n shoot series on isportsweb.com asks Who Will Win the AFC South?
Sports in Perspective

The Tampa Bay Rays used homers by Carlos Pena and Jason Bartlett to beat Jarrod Washburn and the Detroit Tigers 11-7 in the series finale.
I have yet to see the game, it is recorded but have not had time to analyze it. So I have been reading all the analysis online and looking at the stats. One thing is for sure, the new 81 is already in season three form. V.O. (and if did not read my last post that is short for Video bOard) was mentioned on NFL.com and several others as being struck in warm ups by the punter, but never hit it in the actual game. Man! Do these writers want the NFL to reset the clock and give the teams extra time to warm up?! Please! I would like to think that this is really not newsworthy, but in reality the constant questions and articles detracts from the game. Anyone who would like to have the game without distractions should start by talking about the game not 81. (Sorry Mike Jefferson)
Justin Verlander won his 15th game of the year thanks to a 3-run homer by Placido Polanco in the bottom of the 8th. The Tigers won 4-3.
David Price notched his first career road win and pitched into the 8th inning for the first time in his career as the Tampa Bay Rays beat the Detroit Tigers 3-1 to even the series at 1-1.
Two Minute Drill Michigan Football. Denard Robinson and Carlos Brown are fast. The linebackers, Steve Brown, Obi Ezeh, and Jonas Mouton
With all due respects to Mike Jefferson but Dallas has a new number 81. He, or should I say it, will cause more issues and controversy during this season than the 81 of seasons 2006 to 2008. V.O. is what I would call it, but V.B. would be more accurate. Yes I am talking about the video board, that will cause more distractions than anything or player in the past. This will overshadow at least this contest with San Francisco. Then if another punt hits V.O. it will all be over. Media will light up from Dallas to Tokyo about how the Cowboys stadium and V.O. is ruining the game.
Ever since Tom “The Hammer” Cable had his alleged incident with the other coach on staff the Raiders have not had the “punch” that they displayed in their first preseason game against Dallas. Granted they have only played one game since, but hey I had to use the “punch” line before someone else beat me to it… Ok enough puns. Cable really man, I am in your corner.
