North Carolina Football: Heels in the Pro’s (Aug 23, 2012)

It’s Thursday and that means that once again it’s time for the National Football League to get their week of pre season underway. Three games on tap tonight, two have a touch of carolina blue in them, both with former North Carolina football player(s) on both side of the ball. The latter will be televised by the world leader in sports, with an eight o’clock kick off time. Tomorrow’s slate has six games, Saturday will have five games altogether and the week will end on Sunday this time with two games. Using the list on the UNC Pros web site and the team rosters from OurLads, as well as adding a bit of information on my own, here are all the players that once called Chapel Hill home that their NFL teams will be playing today…
