Detroit Lions falling back into old habits (video)

At more than one point of Sunday’s 20-13 loss to the Minnesota Vikings, I had to ask myself if this was the 2012 Detroit Lions or the 2008 team that went 0-16.
Detroit fans are no stranger to disappointment when it comes to their football teams, but the boos raining down on the Lions were some of the loudest I’ve ever heard from a Ford Field crowd.
The Lions now sit at 1-3, and still have games to play against Houston, Green Bay (X2), Chicago (X2), Philadelphia, Arizona, and Atlanta.
Detroit will have to finish very strong against the league’s best teams.
Safety Louis Delmas has returned to practice, and will definitely give Detroit’s secondary a lift. Hopefully Delmas can inspire the Lions’ offense as well, because through four games they have looked flat.
