Michigan Football recruiting could receive a boost on January 26th at 4pm when Derrick Green announces where he will play his college football. Green had recently stated that Michigan was his leader and that he knew where he was going to play his college football. All signs point to Michigan on this one, but in the wild world of recruiting, you just never know.
In the picture above, Green poses with the Michigan commits at the US Army All-American game. From left to right; Jourdan Lewis (27), Dymonte Thomas (14), Green (27), Jake Butt (87) and Chris Fox (73).
Green is widely regarded as the top running back in the nation and is a 6-foot, 220 pound bulldozer with speed. He is exactly the kind of running back that can thrive in the Big Ten.
Dan Samuleson commits
Dan Samuelson committed to Michigan during a visit this weekend. The 6-foot-5, 275 pound, guard had previously been committed to Nebraska. Samuelson is the 25th commitment and 6th offensive lineman in Michigan’s 2013 recruiting class. See the complete list below.
