He missed 22 of Bishop Verot High School’s 29 games this past season with a foot injury. In the 9 games he did play, Doyle averaged 21.7 points and 6.9 rebounds. As a sophomore, Doyle averaged about 13 points and 8 boards. He chose Michigan over offers from Miami (Fl), Notre Dame, Ohio State, Purdue and others.
Doyle was on campus this past weekend to take in the Indiana game. He was joined by other 2014 targets Trevon Bluiett, Devin Booker and Vince Edwards.
Doyle joins Austin Hatch in Michigan’s 2014 recruiting class.
