The Coastal Carolina Chanticleers ended UNC Asheville’s ten-game Big South Conference road winning streak to an abrupt end Tuesday night with a 74-69 win in Kimble Arena. The Bulldogs were led by Matt Dickey’s 19 points.
The UNC Asheville Bulldogs clinched the Big South Conference regular-season title with an exciting 88-62 win over Radford Saturday evening at Kimmel Arena. The Bulldogs will host the quarterfinals and semifinals of the BSC tournament, and, should they advance, would host the finals. The win guarantees the Bulldogs a place in either the NCAA Tournament of the National Invitational Tourney.
