MINNEAPOLIS–Minnesota traveled to Happy Valley Saturday to face #14 Penn State; At least I think so.  I mean, there was two teams, two coaches, a bunch of players, and a final score.  So that means a game was played.  Right? Depends on who you ask. Minnesota (2-2 Big Ten 4-3 Overall) was unable to get any sort of offensive production going
